A brushed stainless steel gas mixing cabinet, pressure regulator and safety valves are shown in a clean trade-show-style concept display.

WITT Gas Controls will exhibit at FABTECH 2026, scheduled for October 21–23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Attendees are invited to Booth S46114 to discuss the company's MEM+ gas mixers, dome pressure regulators and gas safety valves, which are presented around precise mixing, stable pressure and system protection.

The MEM+ series is designed to mix two or three non-flammable gases, including nitrogen, carbon dioxide and oxygen, across a range of industrial applications. WITT said electronically operated motorized proportional valves allow adjustments in 0.1 percent increments. According to the company, a target mixture can be reached in less than three seconds, with accuracy better than ±1% absolute.

For integration, the mixers offer seven interface options, including Ethernet, OPC UA and PROFINET. Users can operate them remotely through a PC, PLC or machine controller, or through a touchscreen interface on the unit. WITT also cites pressure equalization to compensate for supply pressure fluctuations, continuous inlet pressure monitoring and pressure alarms. An integrated buffer tank is intended to accommodate fluctuating flow rates.

The MEM+ units are housed in a splash-proof, brushed stainless steel enclosure. They support maximum inlet pressures of 20 bar and maximum outlet pressures of 10 bar.

These specifications place the mixer in industrial settings where gas composition and pressure need to be controlled together. The touchscreen and remote-control options are intended to suit both local operation and integration into automated machinery, according to the company's description.

Pressure regulation and retrofits

WITT will also highlight dome pressure regulators that use optimized pilot pressure regulators. The company said these regulators are designed to maintain stable working pressure even when flow rates and inlet pressures change, supporting consistent process performance and product quality. The improvements can also be retrofitted to existing WITT dome pressure regulators without replacing the entire system, according to WITT.

Protection against backflow and overpressure

The company's ULTRA non-return valves are designed to protect gas systems from unwanted backflow. WITT said the valves combine low opening pressures, tight sealing and minimal flow resistance. Its ULTRAVENT safety relief valves are intended to protect against excessive pressure and can respond to pressure increases as low as 5 mbar.

At FABTECH, the company will present these products as a connected set of gas-control functions rather than isolated components. The mixer addresses blending and pressure compensation; the dome regulator focuses on stable working pressure; and the valve lines address protection against reverse flow and overpressure. WITT's booth discussions are expected to center on how these functions can be applied to industrial gas systems and integrated with existing controls.
